The Student Service Center (SSC) is the key stone of the Enrollment Services division and is located on the first floor of the Wesley J. Howe Center. The SSC houses staff members of the Office of Financial Aid and Office of Student Accounts.
The counseling and support staff members are cross-trained and empowered so that the first person you meet with has the knowledge and authority to resolve the most common questions and problems regarding financial aid and billing. Management level staff from all areas are also present to oversee operations and meet with students, if needed.

The general service fee is a mandatory supplemental fee that is assessed on a semester basis. This fee helps fund certain specialized educational programs, and a range of technology support services that enhances the student’s classroom experience. The general service fee is refundable during the 100% refund period but is not refundable thereafter. This fee may not be waived.
The student activity fee is a mandatory supplemental fee that is assessed to all full-time graduate students and all undergraduate students each semester.
