Group Visit Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to Stevens.  Whether you're with a high school, community organization, or a part of the guidance community, we are happy to help plan your future visit.  We are accepting registrations for groups of over 15 people.  For groups under 15, please view our Campus Visit Options page.  

Please complete this form at least 3 weeks and up to 3 months before the preferred date of your visit.  Please list a first choice day, and an alternate date.  Our typical group visit lasts approximately 2 - 4 hours, either in the morning or the afternoon, Tuesday through Thursday.  You can find out more about the Stevens Pre-College Summer Programs or Diversity Enrichment Program online.  Not all campus visit options listed will be available for all visits, but please let us know your preference so that we can try to plan the day accordingly.

Please list the person who will be the primary contact when planning this event.
We will use this number to contact you on the day of the event if there are any last minute changes.
Briefly describe the group that will be visiting campus (e.g. National Honors Society, Girl Scouts, IECA)
If you have time restrictions for visiting campus, please list your ideal start and end times in additional comments.
Please list the total anticipated number of people attending the event (students plus chaperones).
Please define the primary audience for this group visit. You may choose multiple age ranges.
Please let us know what you would like to include in your visit. A typical campus visit will include an Admissions Presentation and a Campus Tour. All other components are based on individual availability of the people and facilities requested.
