The Marketing Analytics concentration provides you with an understanding of the tools and techniques that can help you interpret customer review and capitalize on social media interactions to create, plan and support effective marketing campaigns in any business.

Choose three of the following courses to earn the certificate:

  • BIA 652 Multivariate Data Analytics
  • BIA 658 Social Network Analytics
  • BIA 660 Web Analytics
  • MIS 637 Knowledge Discovery in Databases

In addition, students must complete BIA 672 Marketing Analytics.
