Welcome and Opening Remarks

A pre-recorded video was presented by Dr. Nariman Farvardin, president of Stevens Institute of Technology and Dr. Pavel Dubovski, chair of the Stevens Mathematical Olympiad Committee and faculty member of the Department of Mathematical Sciences.

10:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Math Olympiad Testing 

After viewing the welcome and opening remarks, participants accessed the appropriate online test based on their grade. Volunteers were available to help address questions about the test via Zoom.

Participants received test and Zoom information via email prior to the event.

12:30-12:45 p.m.


The Math Olympiad Zoom Help Center closed and testing concluded for all participants at 12:30 p.m.

Picture Hanging PuzzleS Lecture

Dr. Andrey Nikolaev of the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Stevens Institute of Technology gave an interactive lecture. All Stevens Math Olympiad participants were welcome to attend this lecture. Please note, however, that the material was geared towards middle and high school students.
