Communication Request Form
When submitting a Communication Request Form (CRF), please ensure that you are as detailed as possible and complete all required fields. Once submitted, priority will be determined based on the Send Date indicated unless otherwise requested by the user. After the form has been submitted and the corresponding communication has been created, the communication will be sent to the user for approval and subsequently deployed. Be advised that this form is intended to be used for communications for new, incoming students.
