HOBOKEN, N.J. - Stevens Institute of Technology has entered into an agreement with the University College Dublin, National University of Ireland (UCD) that will allow engineering students to study abroad in Dublin, Ireland.
The agreement admits students from Stevens to study at UCD for either a semester or a full academic year. While there, students will have the chance to take a variety of courses offered by UCD that will count towards their final degree with Stevens.
Undergraduate students interested in the program should have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and ideally will have completed two years of academic study. Students accepted to the program will be subject to the same rules and regulations of UCD students.
This semester, fall 2010, students will be able to begin applying for the UCD study abroad program. The agreement between the universities is for a period of five years.
