Celebrate Stevens at Fall Festival Sept. 23-24
Stevens Institute of Technology is planning a weekend to remember this fall. The University's inaugural Fall Festival — a multi-day community celebration for alumni, students, families, faculty and staff on Sept. 23-24, 2022 — places Homecoming, Family Weekend, the Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony, the Order of the Engineer Induction Ceremony and more together in one "quacktacuar" weekend.
The eclectic weekend schedule includes campus tours, theatrical performances, athletic contests, faculty forums and lab tours, admissions sessions and a traditional carnival and community bbq. On Saturday, President Nariman Farvardin delivers his State of the University Address, while Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Jianmin Qu gives a talk on the university's strategic initiatives related to the academic and research enterprises.
Fall Festival culminates on Saturday evening with a gathering to witness the Empire State Building's tower lights shining in "Stevens red."
The week leading up to Fall Festival weekend features the #AllRise Challenge, the annual "virtual rally" in support of Stevens Athletics.
