Lesson synopsis

Studying strategy will help you develop a holistic view of a firm and understand why firms difference in performance. The strategic management process is a set of analyses and choices that helps explain how and why a firm may gain competitive advantage vis-à-vis its rivals.

About the presenter

Dr. Pranav Garg is an assistant professor at Stevens whose research interests include human capital, microfoundations of strategy, organizational learning and organization design. His work has been published in Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal.
