Theft of intellectual property today is typically based on known occurrences, when it’s too late to thwart the attack. This virtual lecture will showcase the work of a team of Stevens students, who used web log mining to detect attempts to steal corporate IP — including suspicious activity by known parties as well as new attacks — that could lead to better oversight of sensitive documents.
Presenter: Prof. Chris Asakiewicz
