The presentation will show how to incorporate risk management into programs and activities. It is an unavoidable fact that all activities involve some level of risk. We can improve performance by developing skills to identify, analyze, avoid, minimize or eliminate risk. The first step in risk management is identifying potential risks and building awareness in our organizations. Managing risk effectively allows us to balance the costs and benefits while minimizing the potential for loss. Risk management can be profitably applied to any field of activity.
