The Nanoscience Workshop for High School Educators is a virtual workshop on high-interest, NGSS-aligned nanoscience topics that can be developed into engaging lessons for your high school physics, chemistry or biology students. This NSF-funded workshop is jointly provided by Stevens Institute of Technology and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

This free workshop will provide attendees with the tools and knowledge to develop lessons that will engage students even in a virtual environment. The event will be facilitated by Mariel Kolker, Physics & Nanoscience teacher, Morristown High School, NJ, Pinar Akcora, Professor of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, and Rahmi Ozisik, Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, RPI, NY.
