Midday Mindfulness

Join us for twenty-five minutes of quiet meditation during lunchtime. Open to beginners or anyone with a regular meditation practice. Our focus uses mindfulness, or being present in the moment, to help with stress relief, focus, and general well-being. People from all faiths are welcome.

Occurs every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
