Kim Scott Talks "Just Work" with Inclusive Leadership Certificate Program

Kim Scott will be leading a book discussion of her most recent book, Just Work: How to Root Out Bias, Prejudice, andBullying to Build a Kick-ass Culture of Inclusivity. Students pursuing the Inclusive Leadership Certificatecan pick up a copy of the book prior to the event. It is not requiredthat attendees read the book prior to the event, however, reading is encouraged as Just Work is a fantastic read and could enhance the discussion.

She is also the author of Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity. Kim is co-founder of the company Radical Candor. Kim was a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and other tech companies. She was a member ofthe faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube and DoubleClick teams at Google. Prior to that, Kim manageda pediatric clinic in Kosovo and started a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow. She lives with her family in Silicon Valley.
