Abstract

A discussion of the day to day operations of the CEO of a New Jersey based environmental and national defense consulting company, including project examples spanning the gamut of local environmental protection to the worst environmental disaster in human history, the BP Deepwater Horizon Response.

Biography

Mr. D’Ambrosio is an environmental professional with nearly twenty years of experience in the environmental strategy and national defense consulting industries. He is also a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) and holds various additional training certifications. He is also certified as a First Aid First Responder, and trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT, CPR, AED). Mr. D’Ambrosio serves as a Commissioner for the Essex County Environmental Commission, a Trustee for The Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions (ANJEC), and a member of the South Orange Development Committee. Mr. D’Ambrosio holds the title of adjunct professor of Environmental Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and County College of Morris. He has a MS: Montclair State University (Sustainability Science), MS: New Jersey Institute of Technology (Environmental Policy Studies), BA: Seton Hall University (Liberal Studies).
