This talk will focus on an assessment tool developed for analyzing how engineering design teams can incorporate sustainability components into projects. The tool is composed of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measuring research, project development, leadership, and oral and writing skills and is intended for both academic and non-academic audiences.
