The varied nature and wide range of cybersecurity risks facing today’s business represent a constantly evolving threat for leaders. This discussion will provide an overview of the current cyber threat landscape and share effective practices for managing prevailing risks. Leadership of cybersecurity governance will be addressed, highlighting the role of senior business decision makers throughout the cyber program management lifecycle.

Profs. Michael Frank and Paul Rohmeyer are accomplished cybersecurity experts whose experience in academic research and industry considers the role and responsibility all leaders — not just the IT shop — bear in ensuring a robust cyber defense for the organization.
