Understanding business etiquette and professional expectations are critical to securing a position and being successful once hired. This workshop will cover a variety of topics relating to professional interactions including follow-up with employers, email communications, appropriate professional attire, social media presence, accepting job offers and keeping commitments, ethics and integrity, as well as assertiveness vs aggressiveness with employers.
