A 3-Week Bootcamp

Join Dr. Eric Rose, Director of Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for this 3-week* course in the basics of emotional well-being. Topics covered will include an introduction to mindfulness, anxiety and stress management skills, and guidance on how to co-exist with your emotions effectively. No RSVP needed, drop-in any week! 

*Note: This course runs continuously, each week, with the exception of university holidays, closings, and intersemester breaks.
