The most innovative companies in the world, such as Apple, Google and P&G, require their technical staff to be competent in design thinking methods to help solve their project challenges. Human-centered design concepts and methods have wide applicability beyond product innovation — they can be used to design organizations of people, information structures, compensation systems, even the entire consumer experience. Learn about its principles in this interactive webinar.

About the presenter
