Stevens students are known for their broad-based technical skill sets and their dedication and drive to quickly contribute and provide value.

  • The Stevens student body is culturally diverse
  • Stevens has a 10 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio
  • All students are expected to participate in some form of experiential education. Most complete at least two activities - internships, co-op assignments, or faculty-mentored research - prior to graduation.

Career Fairs

The Stevens Career Center hosts three career fairs each year in September, December and March. The Career Fairs are attended by hundreds of current Stevens students and alumni.

Host an Extern

An Externship is a one day job shadowing experience during Winter Recess. This visit allows a student to experience the daily routine of the work place and provides insight to the nature of the work performed and the career paths of the employees of the site.

Become a Co-op Partner

Cooperative Education, or Co-op, is a five-year educational program, which provides students with the opportunity to alternate between semesters of full-time work and full-time study in areas related to the student's academic major and career interests.
