Created in 2013, the Office of University events was established to provide structure to the departments and organizations on campus involved in event management. In addition, the office is directly responsible for university-wide functions that involve multiple departments, such as Commencement and Convocation.

The office has two areas of focus: DeBaun Performing Arts Center and the office of Event Management. Together these areas work with other departments across the university to execute events while increasing efficiency and maximizing facility use. 

Room Reservation Information 

By working closely with the Stevens community, the Office of University Events has implemented a single reservations system for spaces on campus and a master calendar that represents all aspects of campus life in one location. Requests for room reservations can be made online through our Event Management System (EMS).

You must log on using your Stevens credentials before making a request. If you are not a member of the Stevens community and are inquiring about rental space, please click on the "Reservations" tab in the Events Management System. Then, click on "Non-University Inquiry for Stevens Facilities".
