If you should miss a scheduled quiz as a result of a medical illness, religious holiday observance, etc., it is your responsibility to see your professor for a proper excuse (please note that the Office of Student Life does not provide such excuses). In the case of illness if you are a campus resident, it is also necessary for you to see the Health Services Office (in Jacobus) in order for your condition to be properly documented.
Each academic department has its own procedures to handle properly excused missed quizzes/tests. Please consult with the respective course coordinators for additional information concerning make-up quizzes, pro-rating policies, etc.
Should you have any questions, please contact the Undergraduate Academics Office or the Academic Support Center. Tutoring is available from the Academic Support Center.
