To provide exceptional service to our campus community, OneIT is launching a one-stop support portal for all IT support tickets, new IT service requests and general technology inquiries. The new Stevens Support Portal is a centralized solution where all faculty, staff and students can: 

  • Get help with an issue when something is not working as expected.  
  • Request a Service by accessing the service catalog when you need something new like software, devices, access etc. 
  • Browse through the knowledge base solution articles to educate yourself and get self-service instructions on the use of tools and services available to you.
