On-Campus Dining Options
Pierce Dining Hall
Pierce Dining Hall is the central dining hall for the Stevens Dining Program. Focused on fresh, quality food served in a relaxing dining atmosphere, Pierce Dining Hall not only offers some of the finest foods in college dining but easily one of the best views.
America's Cup
Stevens' modern coffee house features the Starbucks Proudly Brew program. At crEATe, you can customize salads, wraps and sandwich the way you want it, right in front of your eyes!
Pierce Cafe
To enhance the student experience we have introduced Pierce Cafe to campus. Pierce Cafe features Peet’s Coffee & Mighty Leaf Tea, Grab & Go salads, sandwiches, snacks, smoothies, desserts & more. Don’t forget to try our new daily drink specials!
UCC Marketplace
New to campus comes the UCC Marketplace. Open seven days a week, this food court-style location contains not only fan favorites such as Grill Nation and Sono, but also some new additions to our Stevens dining family.
Gateway Cafe
Located in Gateway North, the Gateway Cafe serves coffee and grab & go items, providing students on lower campus with a point to refuel in the middle of their eventful days.
Dining Out in Hoboken
Stevens students enjoy walking-distance access to one of New Jersey's most diverse dining scenes. Duckbills (Stevens’ cash equivalent) are accepted at many of Hoboken’s most popular eateries, including food trucks!
Hoboken offers everything from artisanal coffee shops and upscale Latin, Italian and French cuisine to burgers, shakes, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Mexican, coal-fired pizza, falafel, and sub sandwiches.
In summer, Hoboken's PIER 13 (along the Hudson River, a few blocks north of campus) becomes one big outdoor food festival as food trucks line up along the pier and dispense ice cream, lobster rolls, Cajun fare, grilled cheese and more.
In fall, the annual Hoboken Italian Festival brings funnel cakes, cannoli, pasta, music and fireworks to town for four days, and winter means Hudson County Restaurant Week, offering a three-course taste of the city's best restaurants at specially discounted prices.
Feel like eating in the big city? Stevens is also just an eight-to-14 minute PATH train ride from Greenwich Village, Chelsea and Midtown Manhattan, with too many dining options — upscale and lowbrow alike — to list.
