Guests may take photos and video from the guest seating areas at Meadowlands Expo Center, but guests will not be permitted in the graduate seating area, in the aisles, or on the stage.

Stevens has contracted with Island Photography to take several color photos of each graduating student as his/her diploma is being presented. Approximately one month after the ceremony, the studio will email proofs and ordering information to each graduate to their Stevens email address that is on file with the Registrar’s Office. Please make sure your email address is correct, otherwise there will be a delay in getting your proofs.

Stevens has also contracted with a photographer for all Commencement Week events, and those pictures will be available online for free downloads about a week after the ceremonies.

All students, parents, families and faculty members can comment and submit pictures during commencement simply by posting a photo to Twitter or Instagram using #StevensClassof2018 #StevensGrad2018 #StevensDucks2018 OR  #StevensPride.
