Major: Biomedical Engineering

I have always been particularly drawn to math and the sciences and fascinated with the medical world. To me, biomedical engineering provides the perfect balance between the sciences, medicine, and person-to-person interaction I am looking for in a career. I am highly motivated to seek hands-on experience in the field of engineering, and I believe research will be a crucial step to further narrowing what I want to focus on in this ever-expanding field. Here at Stevens, I am a member of the Varsity Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field team, Top of the V Leadership program, and Society of Women Engineers (SWE). To make my mark on the world is my ultimate goal for my life! I believe this can be achieved by combining my creativity, grit, and passion for math and science into a biomedical engineering career.
