Albert Sisto is founder and general partner at Sixth Bridge LP, a strategy and angel investment firm focusing on the security software, Internet of Things (IoT) enablement and semiconductor industries. Since March 2014, he has served as a partner and director of investments and North American operations of Tern PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed investment firm focused on the cloud and mobile technology sectors. He is also senior advisor, IT security and infrastructure, at Centaur Partners, a leading, boutique technology investment banking firm and at Nok Nok Labs, an authentication infrastructure company for mobile and web applications.
Mr. Sisto has over 35 years of experience in the enterprise and security technology sector, as COO, CEO and Chairman at RSA Data Security, Phoenix Technologies, and HIFN. As a corporate, private and venture investor, Mr. Sisto has advised on growth strategies, complex financing transactions, compensation issues and profitable exits, including three public offerings.
Mr. Sisto has served as a director of iJento since 2010 and as chairman of Cryptosoft, an IoT data security company and Tern acquisition since 2014. He has also served on the boards of CertiVox, Digital Signal, Agnitio and Nubera Software, and was a venture partner at Nauta Capital, an early stage venture capital firm based in Barcelona.
In 2014, Mr. Sisto received the Charles V. Schaefer Award in Entrepreneurship from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he received his bachelor’s degree in materials and metallurgical engineering in 1971.
