Please use the following guidelines when planning events and meetings for the fall semester:

  • Masks are required for all attendees at indoor meetings and events, regardless of vaccination status.
  • When possible, events and meetings should be scheduled in larger spaces than necessary to accommodate the number of attendees, especially when catering is provided.
  • Outdoor events are encouraged when possible.
  • Student Life staff will work directly with student clubs and organizations to assist with decision-making for student-run events and meetings.

Third Party Usage of Campus Facilities

During the fall of 2021, third party usage of campus facilities and/or outside rentals will not be permitted. Additional guidance for the spring semester will be shared as it becomes available.
