Using The New Campus Voicemail System
1.
Your mailbox number is the same as your extension number.
2.
Your initial password is 201+Extension_Number.
You can change it at any time.
You will have to change it the first time you log into your
mailbox. Passwords can be 4
to 16 numbers in length.
3.
When there is a new voicemail message in your mailbox, your red
message lit will be solidly lit.

that you can use by pressing the numbers on your dial pad are:

Users should routinely delete (“76”) their messages after they are heard. If a message has been played and not deleted, the voicemail
system will not automatically delete the message. (Although after 30
days, messages that have already been heard will be deleted for
you.)
Note: For students, messages that have already been
heard will be deleted for you after 7
days.
Callers can still leave messages, but to be able to
hear them, you have to clean out your mailbox first.
Callers can leave messages up to 3 minutes in length.
Administrative mailboxes have 30 minutes of voicemail storage space. Student mailboxes will also have 30 minutes, but they will be split by the number of mailboxes
used by the room. (i.e. 3 residents = 10 minutes per mailbox)
