Becoming a member of UPE involves having a sufficiently high grade point average, a specific number of earned credits, and the explicit approval of already existing members of the society.
Invitations to join UPE are delivered each year based upon those who qualify for such criterion. A potential candidate may only be invited once. Membership is free, aside from a nominal, one-time fee for materials.
