GREEK CHAPTER EVALUATION

Please provide all the information requested below in your report, and attach these two pages with the appropriate signatures to the top of your report. In addition, you may attach a one page summary and or related material in support of any information provided. All reports should be submitted to the Dean of Student Life office, attention Dean Nilsen by September 25, 1998.

A. Statement of Purpose
  1. Please briefly describe the philosophy/mission of your fraternity/sorority and how that fits in with the mission of Stevens Institute of Technology and institute life.

B. Scholarship
  1. Describe your chapter’s incentive program to promote scholarship.

  3. Describe any scholarship programs that have been held for your chapter since Fall 1997.

C. Membership Recruitment
