Multi-Level Modeling Framework

The CCSE has developed a multi-level modeling framework. Using the framework shown to the right, we intend to make well-founded "policy flight simulators" the preferred means for addressing transformation issues in complex public-private enterprises. This involves developing and operating an organization that can address, resolve, document and distribute concepts, principles, models, methods and tools for dealing with the nine fundamental issues:

• Approximation
• Identification
• Parameterization
• Propagation
• Visualization
• Curation
