How To Pay Your Outstanding Balance
It is imperative that students check their student accounts through Web for Students and pay any outstanding balances immediately. Unpaid balances will prevent participation in graduation ceremonies scheduled for May 22, 2008 as well as the issuance of Transcripts, Diplomas, and Certificates of Special Study.
Credit Card, Cash & Check Payment Options
Payment of the outstanding balance on your account can be made through Web for Students using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. In addition to Web credit card payments, students can also make cash & check payments in person at the Student Service Center during the hours of operation: Monday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Additionally, you can make a credit card payment by completing the Credit Card Authorization form and fax it to the Student Service Center at 201-216-8050.
Alternative Loan Financing Options
A number of low interest loans are available to credit-worthy borrowers, including international students with a US Citizen or Permanent Resident cosigner, from federal and state government as well as private lenders. If you are planning to utilize loan funds to pay the balance of your student account, you are encouraged to complete and submit the application today in order to allow an appropriate amount of time for processing your loan request.
Corporate & Third-Party Students (Graduate Students ONLY)
2008 Spring Corporate Extended Payment Plan Student – The due date for payment is June 20, 2008. Thereafter a Late Payment Fee of $500 will be added to your account. Students who are enrolled in the 2008 Corporate Extended Payment Plan will be permitted to participate in the Graduation Ceremony. However, Diplomas and/or Certificates of Special Study, and Transcripts will not be issued until the balance is paid in full.
Verizon, AT&T, Telcordia, Lucent, ITT, ISO,CAEL and Boeing tuition assistance programs – Students in the listed programs should obtain the appropriate paperwork from their employers. Tuition vouchers or letters of credit that have not been previously submitted, should be Faxed to the Student Service Center at 201-216-8050 immediately to allow adequate time for processing.
