Student Service Center

The Student Service Center (SSC) is the key stone of the Enrollment Services division and is located on the first floor of the Wesley J. Howe Center. The SSC houses staff members of four of the offices that students visit most frequently: Financial Aid, Student Employment and Student Financial Services.

The counseling and support staff members are cross-trained and empowered so that the first person you meet with has the knowledge and authority to resolve the most common questions and problems. Management level staff from all areas are also present in the SSC to oversee operations and meet with students, if needed.

  • If you have undisbursed Perkins Loans for the 2014 Fall semester, you may have not completed the Perkins Entrance Counseling and/or the Perkins Master Promissory Note (2 signed copies submitted to the Student Service Center).

  • If you have undisbursed Direct Loans for the 2014 Fall semester, you may have not completed the Direct Loan Master Promissory Note and/or the Entrance Interview

  •  Students with TMS or Higher One payment plans must ensure their scheduled budget covers their balance.

  • Charges appearing on this statement are due by February 25, 2015

  • A $550 late fee will be assessed on March 2, 2015 for all outstanding balances.
