Request for a Previous Term Grade Report

Grades will be available to view online at the end of the term after the faculty post them (at least 72 hours after the last day of final exams). If you need a Grade Report to be mailed to you for reimbursement purposes you may contact the Registrar's Office and one will be mailed to the Permanent Address that is in the system.

A hardcopy of your grade report from a previous term can be requested below, if it is available. If you need more than one term, it may be more practical to request a transcript. Grade reports will mailed to the Permanent Address in the system. (see Web For Students if you need to update your permanent address). Undergraduates cannot have their grade reports addressed to their Stevens Campus Box.
