The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to providing the best possible services to meet the needs of the Stevens community. The office is the steward of student records offering a wide range of services to faculty, students, and members of the administration including academic record maintenance, registration, course scheduling, classroom assignments, transcript processing, grade collection, graduation evaluation, address changes, enrollment verification and diploma distribution. The office is charged with ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity, protecting the security of academic records and providing accessible service to the University by effectively and courteously providing information.

 

Enrollment for the 2015 Winter Intersession and 2015 Spring Semesters will open as follows:

  • Monday, October 27, 2014 at 7am: Graduates (2015 Spring Semester courses ONLY)
  • Monday, November 3, 2014 at 7am: Current Seniors
  • Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 7am: Current Juniors
  • Friday, November 7, 2014 at 7am: All other undergraduates (Super Sophomores, Sophomores, Freshmen, and non-matriculating)
