Apply for a Parking Hang Tag

Employees may visit the employee parking site and students may visit Web for Students to apply parking permits online.

Important Additional Information

Do not register your vehicle unless you need a parking permit to park on campus. You will NOT be refunded because you registered unnecessarily. Check that you qualify for a tag before registering.

Students enrolling for 2009 Fall Semester Classes are encouraged to begin applying on-line beginning on Monday, August 24, 2009.

Students Hang Tags may be picked up at the Howe Center Reception Desk starting on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. They can be picked up Monday-Friday 7:00a-10:00p. If you wish to pick up your tag on the weekend from the Howe Center desk make arrangements by e-mailing Patrick Fitzgerald.

Please note that requests are not processed on weekends. You will not be contacted when your request has been processed. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check on the status of the parking permit. Tags are usually processed within 72 hours. In cases of unforeseen circumstances they may take longer. Students are advised to refer to the Campus Police website for parking regulations on campus.

Refunds for parking permits will not be honored after 2 weeks from the start of classes. No refunds will be granted for hang-tags that are not picked up. After the initial 2 week period, refunds will ONLY be issued for those attending classes that are cancelled with verification from the department that cancelled the class.
