Life at Stevens

Academics are very important at Stevens, but there’s another, very vibrant and culturally rich side to life at Stevens. The Stevens campus, community, and locale create a backdrop for fun, relaxation, and exploration. There is much to discover, enjoy, and experience right here in our neighborhood. On campus, there are a wide variety of student organizations that offer Stevens' students an opportunity to get involved.

Campus Festivals

Boken and TechFest are annual student-run festivals that involve the entire Stevens campus. Enjoy music, food, comedy, games, carnivals, barbecues, and competitions. The annual Unity Show highlights the different cultural arts of the Stevens community, from food to dance to spoken word and music. It covers the broad spectrum of cultural and religious organizations that meet the needs of the more than 90 nationalities represented in the Stevens community.

The Arts at DeBaun
Our 476-seat Victorian-style theater is modern in all aspects of operation. DeBaun Auditorium features productions that are managed, presented, and staffed by students. Productions include dance, theater, musical performances, and cultural shows.

Athletics and Recreation
In our state-of-the art facilities and across our beautiful campus, students participate in games, sports, intramural athletics, take wellness classes, and cheer on our varsity sports teams as they compete in NCAA Division III athletics. In addition to organized sports, Stevens offers an extensive Outdoor Adventure program, including: mountain biking, rock climbing, camping, hiking, ice climbing, and white water rafting.
