Master of Science - Enterprise Project Management
Master of Science - Enterprise Project Management
The Master of Science in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is a 36-credit degree that goes beyond the traditional tools, tactics and PMI certification preparation taught in most project management programs. The program blends courses in strategic perspectives, project planning, project portfolio management and cross-project leadership for an applied curriculum that teaches students to develop the strategic mindset to effectively lead enterprise-wide project implementation across units and borders.
The Stevens Enterprise Project Management Master's Program prepares students and organizations for the future of project management by focusing on the leadership and business skills needed to manage transformational, large-scale projects across complex organizations. In addition, students will also:
Gain insight and develop leadership skills in the areas of diverse cultural and behavioral project environments
Learn to analyze and evaluate the impact of project and program decisions on strategic business goals
Stevens is the only PMI-accredited University and Registered Education Provider (REP) in New Jersey, New York or Connecticut. This program offers a unique blend of small class sizes, intense collaboration, and global professional networking opportunities. Graduates will leave Stevens with better communications, interpersonal and team skills to plan, implement and manage projects across enterprise systems.
