Masters in Technology Management for Experienced Professionals (EMTM)
The Flex MBA is for professionals who wish to further their career but want to continue working while earning their MBA degree. Students can begin the Flex MBA at any time: in the fall, spring, or summer semesters.
The Flex MBA is an ideal option for those seeking flexibility in pursuing their degree. Courses may be taken on-campus, or on-line via Stevens award-winning WebCampus platform. You can complete the program part time in three years or less depending on your academic background. Alternatively, you can choose to accelerate your passage through the program by opting for full-time status, which enables you to obtain your degree in 18 months – two years. Two years of work experience are desired.

To be considered for admission, applicants should have:
- A bachelor’s degree
- GMAT (GRE is acceptable in lieu of the GMAT if taken previously) (Note: The GMAT requirement is waived for domestic students with an advanced degree and 5+ years of work experience)
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0**
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
** Applicants with a lower GPA may be considered provided they have suitable work-related experience and strong letters of recommendation from upper management. Likewise, applicants lacking the required two-year minimum work experience may still be considered provided they have strong academic credentials.
International students for whom English is a second language need a TOEFL score of of 85 and above for the Internet-based test (IBT) to be considered for admission to the MBA program.
The Admissions Committee carefully reviews each component of the application. Candidates are evaluated for their academic potential, work-related professional experience, and overall personal and professional goals.
