Application Deadlines

Graduate admission at Stevens is conducted through a rolling admissions policy for all domestic students. International applicants are encouraged to apply by May 1 for the fall intake and October 15 for the spring intake to allow sufficient time for application processing and issuance of immigration documents. Any students applying for fellowships or assistantships must apply by February 1 for consideration for the fall semester.

Application Review

Once the Office of Graduate Admissions has received all the necessary documents, the application will be forwarded to the appropriate academic department for final review. Graduate Admissions will inform applicants of the decision by mail. The process can be streamlined if all required documents are submitted together, as this will allow Graduate Admissions to submit the application package to the department for review as soon as possible. Official transcripts must be submitted in sealed envelopes. If official documents are unavailable, unofficial documents can be used for initial review temporarily; however, applicants will not be fully admitted until all official documents have been received.
