Division of Facilities and Campus Operations

The Division of Facilities and Campus Operations provides planning and design, construction, maintenance and campus operations services in support of the university’s mission and strategic goals while employing the latest sustainable technologies.

Key services include building repair and maintenance, grounds and landscaping, space planning and custodial services. In addition, the division directly supervises all significant capital construction activity on campus. The gallery highlights recent design and construction projects that have helped advance the mission of the university.

The division is also charged with continuing Stevens’ commitment to sustainability. Stevens currently meets more than 30% of its annual energy demand through alternative and efficient energy sources. These initiatives ensure long-term stability of energy costs and reduce the university’s environmental impact. In October 2014, Stevens became a member of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.  Learn more about sustainability at Stevens.
