Empowering Stevens Students to Succeed

The Stevens Career Center supports students in obtaining career outcomes appropriate to their personal goals through career exploration programs, experiential education opportunities, and individualized guidance from Career Center Professional staff members. We engage with our students from their first semester to graduation by providing career planning workshops, corporate site visits, and a variety of on-campus recruiting opportunities throughout the year. We are privileged to aid corporate, government, and non-profit employers in their efforts to recruit top talent for their organizations.

Career Advisors

Career Advisors help students with everything from discussing various career fields and opportunities to reviewing resumes and providing interviewing practice.  No appointments are necessary to meet with a Career Advisor.  Just stop in at your convenience!

Workshops and Seminars

The Career Center holds regular workshops and seminars for Stevens students. Workshops address resume creation, best interviewing practices, networking, evaluating job offers and the graduate/professional school application process. OWNIT is a professional development series exclusively for undergraduate students. The Career Masters workshop series is designed for full-time graduate students to obtain the critical skills needed to make the most of an advanced degree from Stevens. Check out the Career Center’s Upcoming Events to learn more!

Connecting with Employers

The Career Center hosts employer events on campus throughout the year. Three Career Fairs are held annually:  the Graduating Class Career Fair in September, the Winter Career Fair in December, and the Spring Career Fair in March. Employers provide Corporate Information Sessions in conjunction with the Career Center allowing students to learn more about their organizations and current employment opportunities.  An active On-Campus Recruiting Program facilitates employers’ ability to conduct candidate interviews in the Career Center interview rooms year round.
