Upon the realization that your card is misplaced, lost, or stolen you should suspend your account immediately. Suspending your account can be achieved by:
- Logging on to the Online Card Office using your MyStevens username and password, and clicking on "Lost Your Duck Bill Card?". From there disable your card.
- If you find your card, you can return to the Online Card Office, logon using your MyStevens username and password, and click "Found Your Duck Bill Card?". From there you can re-enable your card.
To get a replacement, visit the Campus Card Office located on the lower level of the Library, across from IT Help Desk during business hours. There is a $20 replacement fee.
If you suspect that your ID has been used fraudulently, check your transaction history logging on to the Online Card Office. If there are transactions that have occurred against your account that you did not authorize, visit the Campus Card Office immediately on the lower level of the Library, across from IT Help Desk or call (201) 216-5156 or you can email us at DuckBills@stevens.edu. Notice may be given by phone, in person, or in writing by contacting the office during business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm).
