Congratulations on your acceptance to Stevens. This is an exciting time in your life, and we’re delighted to welcome you to the amazing community and traditions at Stevens. There are no limits to what the Stevens legacy of innovation means for you and your journey here. And you are certain to make friends, mentors, and other connections that will last far beyond your years at Stevens. We encourage you to learn as much as you can about our university community.

For Students Who Have Submitted a Tuition Deposit

This page is your one-stop source for information about completing the next steps in enrolling at Stevens. The enrollment process begins after we receive your tuition deposit. Submit your tuition deposit by:

  • Early Decision I – January 10
  • Early Decision II – March 10
  • Regular Decision – May 1

Enrollment Checklist

June 1Apply for housing and submit your housing security deposit (if living on campus)
June 16Return major confirmation and honor system agreement form (sent with your enrollment pack)
July 7Return completed Student Health & Immunization Forms to the Student Health Center
July 11Deadline to sign up for Pre-Orientation. Register early to increase your chances of getting your first-choice activity.
August 1Official final transcripts due (send to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions)
August 16Pre-Orientation Outdoor Adventure and Performing Arts programs begin
August 17Pre-Orientation City Life and Sports & Fitness programs begin
August 20New Student Orientation begins
August 25First day of classes




Begin the Enrollment Process

The enrollment process begins after we receive your tuition deposit. Some information will be sent to you in the mail, and some will be posted here online. Here's what you can expect to receive:

In the Mail:

  • Welcome letter
  • myStevens account information
  • Student Service Center letter
  • Major confirmation and Honor System pledge form


Math Assessment Information

Students will receive an email communication about the math assessment process in June.  The math assessment is only required for students majoring in engineering, sciences, computer science, and Quantitative Finance.  Please read our instructions and FAQ page for more details.
