SIGPAM provides the following services to its members:

• A Listserver that distributes and exchanges useful information on process-oriented research activities.
• A Forum for interactive discussion
• A quarterly newsletter, which publishes and archives information about important events, people, books, and conferences on process-oriented topics.
• An annual workshop that promotes exchange and dissemination of research results on process automation and management. This workshop is held in conjunction with a major information systems conference.
• Pointers to other Websites, Calls for papers and forthcoming conferences related to process automation and management.
