Every year the brothers of Sigma Nu participate
in the Polar Bear Plunge. The plunge is a fund raising and public
awareness event for the New Jersey Special Olympics and raised
nearly $400,000. This year, as many in the past, we partnered
with the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma in raising funds. To cap
off this fund-raising thousands of participants jumped into
the nearly freezing winter ocean. We thank everyone who helped
us reach or fund-raising goals.

Everyone unloads at
Point Pleasant. Notice the half-awake faces, and more importantly
that everyone has their coats on. Way too cold to go for a swim
!!!

It's almost go time.
Uno, Mary, Lisa, Matt, Scott, Doug, Joe are posed to make the
dash to the cold ocean behind

And then the plunge!
See, its not so bad. Everyone made it out of the water. And
it's all for a good cause.
