1. Enroll in SDOE 625, the first of the two required courses for the Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and for the Graduate Certificates in Systems Supportability & Engineering and Systems Engineering and Architecture.

2. Choose where and when to take the course by viewing the Modular course schedule.  Select courses for credit or non-credit and generate the enrollment form.  The tuition, materials and fees will be calculated for you.

3. Fax the enrollment form to the SDOE Program Office at the number on the form.

4. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment from one of the staff in the SDOE Program Office (Jerry or Shobi)

5. View the Online Course Schedule if you choose to take online courses and follow the instructions for enrollment via Web for Students.

6. Please visit PIPELINE on the Stevens website at  www.stevens.edu under Web Services.  PIPELINE is a portal to Web for Students, where your personal and academic information is stored and recorded.  Please log in and check your personal information and update your email, phone and home address information so we can keep you informed about issues related to your graduate education.  PIPELINE also provides access to your Stevens email account and WebCT which you will need if you enroll in online courses.

7. Develop a Study Plan that lists all of the courses needed for the Systems Engineering degree. This approved plan of study is your guide as you enroll for courses and pursue the degree.  Study plans are not required if you participate in on-site, company sponsored programs unless you deviate from that program.

Transfer Credit for courses taken at other schools can be considered at this time and included on the Study Plan.

After your first enrollment, you are considered a current student.  Current students are periodically informed of upcoming course offerings and other pertinent graduate school information.  Please visit the Current Student web page.

Thank you for choosing Stevens and the SDOE Executive Education program for your graduate education.  Please feel free to contact us at any time, as we are very interested in your comments and questions.
