These initiatives support technology licensing to commercial entities and steward venture capital investments.

Research Partnerships and Lab Facilities

MicroDevice Lab Clean Room ImageStevens renowned research centers and laboratory facilities are recognized by the National Security Agency, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security for their critical contributions to our nation's security and the safety of developing technologies. Regional industry partners are invited to survey the university's engineering and science centers and labs, which have for over a hundred years been at the forefront of engineering design, testing, and manufacturing.

Stevens Senior Design program matches our proficient students with sponsored projects that provide a mutual benefit to both student teams and sponsor organizations. Sponsoring a Senior Design project at Stevens presents companies with a unique opportunity to explore new concepts, build ties with research faculty, gain visibility on campus and in the community, and test potential new hires. Senior Design teams tackle projects smartly to create innovative solutions that have developed into intellectual property and marketable products.
