Green Design

The purpose of this group is to provide engineering and architectural services to the Elysian Charter School of Hoboken, NJ.  The administration and Board of Education have been offered a lease in a new building to be built in the near future by a developer.  It is the intention of this design team to provide the BOE with the best knowledge and recommendations about creating a high quality, environmentally friendly building.  This website contains most of the knowledge gained during the two semesters spent working on this project.  The team expects the school to become certified as a Gold level space using the US Green Building Council’s Leaders in Energy and Environmental Design Commercial Interiors standards.
